このたび頂いたメッセージを以下にて紹介します。

第21回目のさっぽろレインボープライドの開催、誠におめでとうございます！ベルギーは、差別との闘いや個人の保護に焦点を当て、LGBTQ+の権利の促進に全面的にコミットしています。コロナ禍およびパンデミックに伴う規制は、LGBTQ+のコミュニティに多大な影響を与えました。今こそ、あらゆる差別との闘いを続け、排除や疎外を防ぐことが重要です。ベルギー大使館が誇りを持って後援をしているこの大切なイベントが成功し、これらの重要なテーマについての啓発に寄与されることを祈念いたします。

Congratulations to Sapporo Rainbow Pride for organising its 21st edition! Belgium is fully committed to the promotion of LGBTQ+ rights with a focus on the fight against discrimination and the protection of individuals. The covid-19 crisis and the restrictions deriving from this pandemic have had a huge impact on the LGBTQ+ community. It is now more important than ever to continue to fight against any form of discrimination and prevent exclusion or marginalisation. I wish you every success in the organisation of this important event which the Embassy of Belgium proudly supports, hoping it will help raising the awareness on these important issues.
